The university offers a 5-year MD program based on the US medical curriculum at affordable to medical students worldwide. BIU MD Program fees are among the lowest in Caribbean, and instruction is world-class. The BIU MD Program carefully follows the USMLE, a required licensing exam for US medical practice.

The medical program can be finished in four or five years, depending on the candidate's qualifications. Students who graduate in medical science are directly admitted to the 4-Year MD Program, whereas those who want to start after 12th grade are admitted to the 5-Year MD Program with a 1-Year Pre-Medical Program. The complete medical course is taught in English and recognized worldwide.
